摘要:创伤伴随着出血和止血过程。传统的止血药物有部分局限,且不能快速止血。实验表明:自组装短肽能快速止血,除了能形成纳米相关的纳米力学效应外,更主要原因可能是形成的纳米纤维吸附(结合)了相关的离子和组织因子、凝血因子,同时激活了血小板,表明止血过程是外源性和内源性止血途径。这些研究会给创伤医学,特别是临床医学中的快速止血,带来新的临床干预办法、途径甚至药剂等。

bstract: Trauma is always associated with blood bleeding and hemostatic process. Traditional hemostatic medicines and materials have some limitations, and they cannot stop bleeding quickly. Here, the results suggest that peptide with rapid hemostasis, is associated with not only the nanofiber foce effect, but also to the nanofibers absorbtion or intergration the corresponding ions and tisue factors, coagulation factors, speically to activated the platelet,where all confirmed the processes are due to the intrinsic pathway and the extrinsic pathway. This study could inspire the wound healing like the rapid hemostasis in clinical medicine, to produce the new strategy, therapy and beyond.
