南开大学医学生生存质量调查分析

摘要：目的 以南开大学部分医学生为代表调查医学生的生存质量状况，分析不同医学生群体及其与常模间的生存质量差异。方法 采用整群抽样方法，抽取南开大学179 名在校医学生采用WHOQOL-100 量表进行问卷调查。 结果 调查对象总生存质量为13.89 分，高于常模,主要差异体现在生理领域明显低于常模，个人信仰领域明显高于常模；在生理、心理、独立性、社会关系、环境和个人信仰领域的得分分别为12.71 分，13.37 分，15.03 分，13.93分，12.55 分，13.05 分。医学生生存质量在年级、籍贯、体型上有一定差异，在性别方面差异不明显。结论 医学生总生存质量高于常模，不同年级、籍贯、体型的医学生生存质量之间存在一定差异。

Investigation and Analysis on the Quality of life among medical students of Nankai University

Abstract: Objective To investigate The quality of life(QOL)of medical undergraduates group of Nankai University，medical undergraduates and normal model. Methods With stratified-cluster sampling method，179 students in medical college of Nankai University were surveyed with the World Health Organization Quality of Life-100 ( WHOQOL-100)． Results The general QOL score of those students was 13.89, higher than the normal model. The main difference came to the lower score of physiology and higher score of domain. The score of physiology，psychology，independence, social relationship，environment and domain6，were 12.71，13.37，15.03，13.93，12.55，13.05． The differences of grades, native places and shapes led to the different QOL while that of sexes did not. Conclusion The general QOL score of those students was higher than the normal model. The differences of grades, native places and shapes led to the different QOL.
