一种人体解剖学标本固定液及殡仪馆短期遗体保存液

摘要：目的 探讨一种减少甲醛挥发且不影响固定效果的人体解剖学标本固定液及短期殡仪馆遗体保存液。方法 利用甲醛的蛋白凝固的组织防腐固定作用、麝香草酚的抑菌功效，甘油的抑制甲醛挥发和保持组织水分的作用原理，通过甲醛挥发测量仪的分析及标本固定后效果观察，配制出效果较好的固定液。结果及结论 10% 福尔马林，20%甘油，0.5%的麝香草粉，5%酒精，0.05%普通香水配制的固定液，是一种既可以较大程度降低甲醛挥发，而成本又不是很高的人体解剖学固定液。另外，福尔马林浓度为5-8%，20%甘油，0.5%的麝香草粉，5%酒精，0.05%普通香水的本液也可以作为殡仪馆的短期遗体保存液。

A solutions for specimen fixation of human anatomy and mortal remains of funeral parlor

Abstract: Objective To study the solutions which decrease the volatilized concentration of formaldehyde and remain fixed effects for specimen fixation of human anatomy and mortal remains preservation of funeral parlor. Methods Fixed solutions were prepared with principal of formaldehyde (protein solidification), Thymol (disinfection) and glycerol (inhibit volatilization of
formaldehyde and keep tisssue water). Fixed effects of solutions were observed by fixed specimens. And the concentration of volatilization of formaldehyde was detected by formaldehyde analysator. Results and Conclusion A solution which includes 10% formaldehyde, 20% glycerol,0.5% Thymol, 5% alcohol and 0.05% perfume was not only decreased the volatilized concentration of formaldehyde, but also costed less money. Furthermore, a solution which includes 5-8% formaldehyde, 20% glycerol, 0.5% Thymol, 5% alcohol and 0.05% perfume was used for mortal remains preservation of funeral parlor.
