血管内皮功能障碍与衰老

摘要:衰老是近年来科学研究的重要内容,血管内皮功能障碍是血管老化的早期病理改变之一。血管内皮功能障碍主要表现在一氧化氮、前列环素和内皮源性超极化因子等一系列内皮舒血管物质的生成减少或其生物利用度下降,而内皮素、血栓素和活性氧等一些内皮缩血管物质的生成或血管对这些物质的敏感性增加。另外,衰老导致的内皮前体细胞功能减退影响血管内皮修复能力也起到一定的作用。他汀类药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、雌激素、抗氧化剂、抗炎与还氧合酶抑制剂和运动等具有改善内皮功能的作用。现就衰老和内皮功能关系作一概述。

Abstract: Cellular senescence is the important part of recent scientific research, whereas the vascular endothelial dysfunction is a nearly event in the pathogenesis of vascular senescence. Reducing the productivity and bioavailability of endothelium-derived relaxing factors, such as nitric oxide, prostaglandin, endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factors; and increasing the
productivity and sensitivity of endothelium-derived constricting factors, including endothelin, thmnaboxane A2 and reactive oxygen species, are the key determinants of age-associated endothelial dysfunction. Statin , ACEI ,estrogen, anti-oxidant drug, cyclooxgenase inhibitor and exercise could ameliorate endothelial function. This article discusses the relation of cell
senescence and endothelial function.
