 纳米技术在肿瘤方面的应用

摘要:肿瘤是危害人类健康的重大疾病,如何对其有效的诊疗一直是医学界努力攻克的难题。纳米技术具有稳定性强、靶向性高、优良的光学性能等优点,为肿瘤的临床应用提供了新的方法和思路,为肿瘤的靶向治疗提供了非常有效的工具。本文就近些年常见的纳米颗粒的种类和特性及其在肿瘤诊断、标记和示踪以及治疗方面的研究作一综述。

Application of Nanotechnology in Cancer

Abstract: Cancer is a major killer of human, effective diagnosis and treatments are important. Nanotechnology has better bioavailability, such as high stability, high target characteristic and excellent optical performance. Diagnosis and targeted therapy based on nanotechnology can effectively enhance drug utilization and anti-tumor activity, reduce the normal tissue toxicity and solve the problem of drug resistance, and thus contribute significantly to the development and progress of chemotherapy. Nanotechnology for the early diagnosis and treatment of tumor has brought new opportunities. The present article reviewed the various kinds and characteristics of nanoparticles and the application in cancer in label and trace, diagnosis and treatment.
