摘要:肝癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,恶性程度高,病情发展快,病死率极高。目前基于手术、放疗、化疗的治疗手段已取得较大进展,但是治疗效果差。HBx 是乙肝病毒X 基因的表达产物,其上存在细胞毒性T 淋巴细胞抗原表位,因此可以成为肝癌治疗的一个有效靶点。基于HBx 蛋白或HBx 的抗原表位设计的疫苗可以成为肝癌治疗的新型药物。本文结合HBx 的生物学功能,对HBx 在肝癌免疫治疗上的研究进展进行综述。

Current status and progress of hepatitis B virus X protein in the immunotherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignancy, and it has high degree of malignancy, rapid progression and high mortality rate. Recently considerable progress has been made in treatment of surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, but treatment effect is poor.HBx is the espression product of Hepatitis B virus X gene and has cytotoxic T lymphocyte epitopes. Thus it can be an effective target for treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Vaccine designed based on HBx and its epitope can become new drug in treatment of hepatocellular 5 carcinoma. This review outlines the progress of HBx in hepatocellular carcinoma immunotherapy based on its biological function.
