组织谐波成像的模拟研究

摘要:提出组织谐波成像的模拟算法,研究谐波在组织中的产生、变化规律。通过对线性波动方程的扩展,将非线性和弛豫衰减引入到波动方程的建立中;采用带吸收边界条件的时域有限差分法求解非线性波动方程,在此基础上实现对组织谐波成像过程的模拟。所建立模型能有效模拟声波在组织中传播的反射、散射现象,及二次及高次谐波的产生过程。通过对典型组织的模拟,得到了基、谐波在组织中的传播变化规律,生成的模拟图像也验证了谐波成像对提高超声图像分辨率的有效性。

Simulation Study of the Tissue Harmonic Imaging

Abstract: To study the generation and variation tendency of harmonic waves in tissues, a simulation method is proposed for the tissue-harmonic imaging. The linear acoustic wave equations are expanded, and the nonlinearity and relaxation attenuations are introduced into the wave equations. The finite-difference-time-domain with the absorbing boundary condition is used to solve the nonlinear acoustic wave equations. Simulation of the tissue-harmonic imaging is thereafter achieved. The implemented simulation model is able to effectively simulate the reflection and scattering phenomenon of the acoustic waves in tissues, and also the generation of second and high-order harmonics. Typical tissues are simulated to obtain the  ransmitting and variation tendencies of the fundamental- and harmonic-waves in tissues. The generated simulation images prove the efficiency of the harmonic imaging in the resolution improvement of ultrasound images.
