基于良率最大化的高效SOC 测试程序开发

摘要:本文将讨论一种针对SOC 芯片的低成本测试时间减少解5 决方案,该方案只是在原有的测试平台(V93K)基础上,改良测试方法和提升测试效率,就可以在保证测试精度和稳定性的前提下实现对芯片要求的所有工程/量产测试需求。其最大的优点是大大降低ATE 本身的时间成本,提高的芯片的产出,及时占领市场。

EFFICIENT SOC TEST DEVELOPMENT WITH HIGHEST YIELD

Abstract: This thesis investigates key points of test time reduction solution, This solution is base on test platform (V93000) , improve test approach and elevate test efficiency. On the occasion of guarantee the test yield and keep production stability, chips engineering/mass production requirement can be achieved as more as possible. The biggest advantage is: reduce ATE test time largely, improve chips production output, launch in time.

基于全相位FFT算法的电力谐波检测方法

摘要:谐波检测是电力系统谐波污染防治的关键。传统的基于加窗FFT谐波分析方法受非同步采样和信号截断的影响而出现较大的频谱泄露。全相位FFT综合考虑了数据中所有截断情况,因而具有优良的频谱泄露抑制性能和相位不变性。本文提出基于全相位时移相位差法的谐波检测方法,并对电力谐波进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明:全相位时移相位差法能够精确提取出谐波信号中各次谐波的频率、幅值和相位信息,精度可达到小数点后第7位, 远好于传统的加窗FFT方法。本方法为进一步提升电力谐波检测的精度奠定了理论基础。

A new power harmonic detection method based on all-phase
FFT Algorithm

Abstract: Harmonic detection is the key technology of electric power system harmonic pollution
detection and prevention. Affected by signal asynchronous sampling and truncated effect, the traditional harmonic analysis method based on windowed FFT algorithm occurs large spectral leakage. The all-phase FFT algorithm, comprehensively considering every truncated situation in data, has excellent performance on leakage suppressing and the characteristic of phase invariance. This paper proposes a new harmonic detection method based on the all-phase time-shifting phase
difference correcting algorithm, and the simulation experiments with electric power harmonic are performed. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can extract accurately the signal frequencies, amplitudes and phases of every harmonic. The precision reaches 7 decimal places, whick is far better than the traditional windowed FFT algorithm. The proposed method lays a theoretical foundation for further improving the precision of power harmonic detection.

基于WPF 的三维可重构智能粮情监测系统的研究

摘要:针对数字化智能粮情监测系统的实际应用需求,本文通过基于.NET 框架的WPF 设计并实现了一个三维显示并自动重构监测点位置的粮情检测系统。本系统采用WPF 的3D 技术可以准确地实时地展现储粮过程中传感器监测节点的位置状态与监测数据,监测界面具有生动的三维可视化显示效果。本系统不仅解决了粮情监测过程中因移动监测节点时的自动显示问题,而且为与储粮传热传质模型数字化显示的结合打下了 基础。

Research on 3D Reconstructed Intelligent Monitor System for Stored Grain Based on WPF

Abstract: Focus on the requirement of digital intelligent monitor system for stored grain, this paper designs and implements a 3D view and automatically reconstructed monitor system for stored grain.Using WPF 3D technology this system can show real-time sensor location and data accurately, the monitor interface has three-dimensional visualization display. The system solves the problem that the sensor nodes are usually changed location during the monitoring process,and lays the foundation for a combination of heat and mass transfer mathematical model in stored grain .

摘要:通过对LED 的光致发光光谱、光生电流/电压与电致发光光谱、正向电流/电压之间关
联性的研究,建立起光致发光光谱参数和电致发光正向电流/电压的关系。由此,可以通过
LED 的光致发光光谱、激励光强等获得它的电流/电压特性( 曲线),这样通过光致发光不
仅可以测量LED 的发光性能,还能检测它的电特性。采用AlGaInP 红光LED 芯片进行了实
10 验,实验结果表明,通过LED 的光致发光性能参数获得的 曲线与实际测得的电致发光 曲
线具有一致性。

 Connections of current/voltage characteristics and photoluminescence performances in LEDs

Abstract: The relevance of the spectra,currents and voltages of LED in photoluminescence(PL)
 and electroluminescence(EL) is studied.The connections of current/voltage either in PL or EL and  photoluminescence performances are established. Thereby,the LED current/voltage characteristics
(I-V curve)can be calculated from its PL spectra and exciting light intensities.This provides a base
for non-contact characterization of I-V characteristics in LED epitaxial wafers and chips. AlGaInP
red LED chips are used to evaluate the proposed indirection characterization of I-V
 characteristics,the results show that the calculated I-V curves from PL spectra and exciting
illumination intensities are in accordance with the direct measurements in EL.

锂离子动力电池组的监测系统设计

中文摘要:动力电池是机器人系统的重要组成部分,本课题主要研究锂离子动力电池组的监测系统,该系统是基于AVR单片机开发的,可对蓄电池的单体电压、充放电流、温度以及湿度等进行实时监测。要实现电池组参数的集中监测,首先需要设计电池参数的单元采集电路,将电池的电压、电流、温度等数据采集出来,然后输入到带A/D转换模块的单片机,对数据进行记录和显示。本文对系统的软件和硬件设计进行了详研究和分析。
