归附痛经颗粒对寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠血液流变性的影响

摘要:目的 观察归附痛经颗粒对寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠血液流变性的影响。方法 制作急性寒凝血瘀证大鼠模型,用归附痛经颗粒灌胃1 周,取血检测全血黏度和还原粘度、红细胞变形指数和刚性指数、红细胞压积、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原及血沉。结果 与正常组比较,模型组全血黏度、还原黏度、红细胞刚性指数明显升高(P<0.05 或P<0.01);与模型组比较 0.5g/kg 和1.0g/kg 剂量的归附痛经颗粒能降低血瘀大鼠全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度和低切还原粘度(P<0.01)。结论 归附痛经颗粒能改善寒凝血瘀证大鼠的血瘀状态。

The effect of Guifu tongjing granula on hemorheology of congealing cold and blood stasis rats

Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of Guifu tongjing granula on hemorheology of  congealing cold and blood stasis rats. Method:Make model of congealing cold and blood stasis in rats,intragastric administration Guifutongjing granula for 1 week,collect blood by abdominal aortic method and determine blood specific and reductive viscosity , erythrocyte deformation index and rigid index, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
Result:Compared with normal group,blood specific and reductive viscosity, erythrocyte rigid index of model group increased greatly(P<0.05 or P<0.01); compared with model group,0.5g/kg and 1.0g/kg group of Guifu tongjing granula reduce high-shearrate blood
viscosity ,low-shearrate blood viscosity and low-shearrate reductive viscosity(P < 0.01).
Conclusion:Guifu tongjing granula can improve the blood stasis state of congealing cold and
blood stasis rats .
