摘要:动物模型是研究疾病发生、发展机理与临床前药效评价的重要工具。膀胱癌是最常见的泌尿系统恶性肿瘤,急需发展新的治疗手段,建立原位膀胱癌模型对研究新型膀胱癌治疗手段非常重要。小鼠原位膀胱癌模型是常用的膀胱癌模型,目前的建立方法主要分为诱导法和移植法两大类,本文将综述小鼠原位膀胱癌模型的建立方法。

Advance of methods to set orthotopic bladder cancer model in mice

Abstract: Animal models are important means for studding the mechanism of diseases occurrence, disease development, and evaluating the potency of drug candidate in preclinical.Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor of urinary system, and new methods for bladder cancer therapy are requested. It is of great importance to set orthotopic bladder cancer model for new bladder cancer treatment. Setting orthotopic bladder cancer in mice has the certain difficulty. There are two major methods, derivative method and transfer technique. This article will summarize the methods to set orthotopic bladder cancer model.
