智能磁共振成像造影剂的研究进展

摘要:智能MRI 造影剂能够对特定或者病变的一些信号如pH、金属离子、酶、其他生物分子做出响应,改变其弛豫率。它们不仅能够提高MRI 对病变的检测灵敏度,而且能够针对病变的信号分子进行分子成像。本项详细综述了pH、金属离子、酶、其他生物分子等响应的智能造影剂,分析了他们的结构和响应机制及其应用前景,并对未来的研究方向做了展望。

Research Progress in Smart MRI Contrast Agent

Abstract: Smart magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agents change their relexivities upon the stimulus of pH, ion, enzyme and other biomolecules from specific or pathologic tissues. They not only improve the sensitivity of disease detection by MRI, but also make the molecular imaging of disease signal by MRI possible. This paper gives a review of smart MRI contrast agents responding to pH, ion, enzyme and other biomolecules with the focus on their structures,responding mechanism, and perspectives.
