检测胃排空功能实验研究方法的总结分析

摘要：在观察胃运动异常的医学基础实验中，通常需要评估实验对象胃运动的功能状态，其中胃排空检测是目前较常用的一种方法，包括标记法、树脂球法、称重法、方射性核素法、X 线钡餐法等。作者对其各种检测方法进行总结分析，比较其优缺点及注意事项，以供同行参考，根据自身条件选择较适宜的实验检测方法。

Abstract: To assess the functional status of gastric emptying of subjects, measuring gastric emptying is one of is one of the commonly method in the medical basic experiment of observing abnormal movements of stomach. This methods include marker method, pellet method, weight method, radionuclide method, X-ray barium meal method etc. In order to let peer understand and choose more suitable experimental method according to their conditions, the author makes an
analysis and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different methods .
