摘要:本文根据精准医学对医疗信息技术和生物传感检测技术的需求,结合近期基础研究和工程实现的案例,讨论了医疗传感技术和生物检测技术对面向个体特异性的医学变革所起的作用,表明通过基础研究累积和信息技术数据库平台整合,具备向个体提供细化和互动的医疗服务的技术条件,通过RFID传感芯片技术提供的便捷性、第四代基因序列分析技术提供的高效准确性以及生物单分子检测技术提供的技术先进性,展示了基础研究成果可以通过先进传感检测技术提供精细化数据,为精准医学诊断方法和病理细分知识库的建立提供了实施基础。

Abstract:This paper discussesthe effect of medical sensing technology and bio-detection technology on therevolution toward individual specific medical service, using examples of recentbasic research and engineering implementation, based on the requirements ofprecision medicine for the information technology and bio-sensing/detectiontechnology. It was presented that there are the technology conditions which canprovide individual the specific and interactive medical service. All theadvantages, including the convenience of RFID sensing chip, the high efficiencyand accuracy of the fourth generation gene sequencing technology and thetechnology advance of single bio-molecular detection, show that the precisedata obtained from advanced bio-sensing/detection technology can provide theimplementation background for the establishment of precision medical diagnosisand disease taxonomy database.

受激发损耗(STED)显微术及在生物邻域的应用

摘要:受激发射损耗(STED)显微成像通过引入一束损耗光以受激发射的方式减小有效荧光的发光面积,激发光激发样品的荧光基团形成一个艾里斑,损耗光生成中空型的面包圈抑制艾里斑周围的荧光强度,使我们仅看到中心的强度。基于Stefan W. Hell第一次提出受激发射损耗显微术,本文介绍了受激发射损耗(STED)显微术的发展过程,并阐述了近几年来,STED在生物领域的应用。最后,总结和展望了该技术的应用前景。

An introduction on stimulated emission depletion(STED) microscopy and its bilogical application

Abstract:Stimulated emissiondepletion (STED) microscopy can reduce the effective area of the fluorescentemission in the excited manner so that we only see the intensity of the centerthrough introducing an additional depletion light beam, and the excitationlight excite samples form a fluorophore Airy, depletion light beam generatehollow donut suppress fluorescence intensity around the Airy disk. This paperintroduces the development process of stimulated emission depletion (STED)microscopy and also elaborates STED applications in biological field in recentyears, based on STED microscopy first proposed by Stefan W. Hell, with asummary and prospect of the application of this technology.

microRNA、mRNA及lncRNA在动脉粥样硬化中的作用

摘要:动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis,AS)是心血管疾病发病和死亡的主要原因之一。动脉粥样硬化发病机制与血管炎症、免疫、脂类代谢、细胞增殖和凋亡等密切相关,其中miRNA、mRNA及lncRNA的表达在动脉粥样硬化中起到了重要的作用。现在大部分研究集中于短链非编码RNA如microRNA,piRNA等一些ncRNA生物生成机制和调控通路,但是这都只是冰山一角。随着分子生物技术的快速发展,发现miRNA、mRNA及lncRNA的表达在动脉粥样硬化中起到了重要的作用,或许miRNA、mRNA及lncRNA在不久的将来能成为多样化的血管病变的新生物标记物的新治疗靶点。本文就近年有关miRNA、lncRNA与动脉粥样硬化关系研究的部分进展进行总结,为进一步研究miRNA、lncRNA与动脉粥样硬化发生与发展提供依据。

ABSTRACT: This paper summarizes theatherosclerosis’s progress about miRNA, mRNA and lncRNA, providing a basis for the onset anddevelopment of atherosclerosis in the further research. Atherosclerosis(AS) isone of the main reasons of the attacking and fatal Cardiovascular disease andits pathogenesis is closely associated with the vascular inflammation, immune,lipid metabolism, cell proliferation and apoptosis, in which the expression ofmicRNAs, mRNA and lncRNA play an important role in atherosclerosis. By far,most of these researches focus on the formation mechanism and regulatory pathwaysof the short ncRNA, such as miRNAs, piRNA, and yet this is just a tip of theiceberg. With the rapid development of molecular biotechnology, the expressionof miRNAs, mRNA and lncRNA are found to play an important role inatherosclerosis, and perhaps micrornas, mRNA and lncRNA might be the newbiomarkers of therapeutic targets for a variety of vascular lesions in thefuture .

利用DR进行眼球异物坐标定位和测量方法的技术研究

摘要:目的 探讨利用DR实施眼异物坐标定位和测量计算方法的技术研究。方法 利用DR设备和三角函数眼异物定位器,对眼球异物疑似者实施定位检查和测量诊断。结果对81例眼异物患者进行了DR眼异物坐标定位检查及测量计算诊断,经临床手术验证,定位诊断符合率为100%。结论利用DR技术对高密度眼异物进行坐标定位的效果,不论是定位诊断得到的数据信息、X线辐射剂量、异物的变形与失真、及患者检查费用的支出等,DR检查技术都不比CT检查技术逊色,因此,应将DR检查技术作为金属性眼异物定位检查的首选方法加以推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the technical studies onmeasurement and calculation method of intraocular foreign bodies coordinatelocalization of with DR. Methods 81cases with intraocular foreign bodies were carried coordinates positioning andmeasurement computing diagnosis by using DR equipment. Results Through verifiedby clinical surgery, we found that the positioning diagnosis rate in all casesof intraocular foreign body patients were correct. Conclusion the coordinates positioning effectof intraocular foreign bodies with DR, including the positioning diagnosticdata information, X-ray radiation dose, deformation and distortion of foreignbodies, and screening patients expenditures, is not inferior the CT examinationtechnology, therefore DR which used to check the metallic eye foreign bodypositioning can be as the preferred method to promote and applications.

基于关联分析的数据挖掘在电子病历中的应用

摘要:目的:以某医院电子病历中的信息为研究对象,运用数据挖掘中的关联分析技术,探索常见慢性病之间的关系。方法:应用Apriori算法,利用Clementine 12.0软件构建关联规则模型进行挖掘。结论:从得到的关联规则中,通过比较分析得出高血压、冠心病、糖尿病和脑梗死这四种慢性病之间存在很大的关联,从而可以指导患者和医生做好相关慢性病的预防工作。

Application of Data Mining in ElectronicMedical Records Based on Association Analysis

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship among commonchronic diseases, using data mining association analysis techniques on thebasis of electronicmedical records information of a certain hospital. Methods Appllying the Apriori and Carma algorithm and using Clementine 12.0software to build the model of association rules mining. Results we find a large association the four common chronicdiseases(hypertensive disease, coronary heart disease, diabetes and chroniccerebral infarction) from the association rules obtained by comparing theanalysis results, as a guidance of relevant chronic diseases prevention.

摘要:智能化搜索引擎能使用户对区域电子病历的检索操作更加方便、快捷,加速电子病历文档的检索过程,并且使所获得的搜索结果的相关性更好、精确度更高。从而有效地改善用户的搜索体验,促进电子病历利用率的提高。更好地发挥区域电子病历在临床医疗诊断、治疗和护理及科研方面的辅助作用。本文简单介绍深圳市区域电子病历智能化搜索引擎研发中的一些技术要点。

异常医疗行为识别研究

摘要:医疗支出快速增长是近年来中国医疗体制改革中遇到的主要问题。经过研究,我们认为“以药养医”和“以械养医”为代表的过度医疗是造成医疗支出快速增长的主要原因。在缺乏过度医疗数据情况下,为了量化可能的过度医疗行为,首次提出异常医疗行为,通过识别异常医疗行为来反映潜在的过度医疗行为。我们采用主成分分析的方法对某医院2013年、2014年医生的诊疗数据进行分析,并与平均值进行比较,对两年的结果取交集,最终识别出有可能存在异常医疗行为的医生。

Abstract: The rapid growth of medicalexpenditure is the main problem encountered in recent years China in medicalsystem reform. After the study, we think that "Drug support medical"and "Equipment support medical" is mainly caused by the rapid growthof medical expenses.In order to study the potential overtreatment behavior, wefirst presented with abnormal medical behavior, which reflects the potentialover medical treatment by identifying abnormal medical behavior in the absenceof overtreatment data.Doctor diagnosis and treatment databetween 2013 and 2014year were analyzed by principal component analysis,and the average values werecompared for the results. Finally we recognize the likely presence of abnormalmedical doctor.

腹腔内压监测方法的综合研究*

摘要:持续升高的腹腔内压在重大疾病发生发展过程中,尤其是导致相关器官功能衰竭的过程里扮演了相当重要的角色。因此,寻找便捷、准确的腹腔内压监测方法十分重要。目前,已有部分被学界广泛认可的监测方法,并且在临床工作中制定了具体的实施方法与结果评价标准。但是,有愈来愈多的学者发现这些方法中存在的若干不足,质疑方法的准确性,对操作过程的便捷性、无创性提出了更高的要求。由此可见,已有方法并不完善,而各种新方法的研究仍有较大的发展空间。本文旨在系统的阐释这些方法:主要介绍目前在临床中应
用最广泛的膀胱内压测量法的利弊,以及探讨新方法——无创测量法、尤其是具有代表性的腹壁张力测量法的发展现状与发展前景,发掘其中值得改进的内容。借此,希望拓展临床医生对腹腔内压监测方法的选择,并且为科研工作者进一步探寻与改进这些方法提供一个突破口。

Comprehensive Study of Intra-abdominalPressure Measurements

Abstract : Constantly increasingintra-abdominal pressure(IAP),plays a significant role in the occurrence and development ofcritically ill,especially contributing to the dysfunction of relevant organs.Therefore,it is of great importance to find a convenient and accurate way tomeasure IAP. At present,some measurements has been recognized by the academic circle. Andthe specific operation method,together with the evaluation standard for the results,is made inthe clinic work. However,more and more scholars find the shortcomings among these methods,question theaccuracy of these measurements,and put forward higher requirements for a convenient and noninvasiveoperation. This shows that the existing approaches are not perfect,and thereare still development space for new approaches. This paper systemmaticallyexplains these measurements;mainly introduces the advantages and disadvantages of UBP measurement,which iswidely used in clinic,discusses the status and prospects of a new method- noninvasivemeasurement,especially the representative one AWT measurement and finally findsout the improvement point of these methods. The purpose of this paper is toextend doctors’ choices of IAP measurements and offer researchers new ideas forfurther finding and improvi ng monitoring methods.

大庆油田职工高血压病预警模型建立及评价

摘要:目的建立大庆油田职工高血压病预警模型,得到对高血压病患病起到预警作用的指标并进行警度分级,为大庆油田控制及预防高血压病提供科学理论依据;方法抽取2012年2月至2013年1月期间在某油田医院接受健康体检的油田职工4998人的资料进行单因素分析,建立BP网络预警模型,筛选高血压病危险因素;结果年龄,饮酒,GGT三个指标为高血压病患病的高级警度指标(Ⅲ级);性别,BMI,吸烟等十一个因素为中级警戒指标(Ⅱ级);父母遗传史,运动习惯,TG四个因素为一般警戒指标(Ⅰ级);结论应该高度重视高血压病的预防工作,为了保持良好的健康状况,应参考BP网络预警模型的提示,结合不同级别指标的特点尽早做好预防工作。

Establishment and evaluation of hypertensionearly warning model in Daqing oilfield workers

Abstract: Objective To establish an earlywarning model of hypertension in Daqing oilfield---getting the index of theearly warning function of hypertension and classifying it, providing scientifictheoretical basis for the control and prevention of hypertension in Daqing oilfield. Methods 4998 oilfield workers,taking health examination in an oil field hospita from 2012 February to 2013January, are selected to take one-factor analysis and establish the BP network earlywarning model to screen the risk factors of hypertension. Results The high level indicators(Grade Ⅲ) forhypertension are age, alcohol consumption, and GGT; The intermediate levelindicators (Grade II) are sex, BMI, smoking and other 11 factors; generalwarning indicators(Grade Ⅰ) are parents’ genetic history, exercise habit and TG. Conclusion Weshould attach great importance to the prevention of hypertension. In order tomaintain good health condition, it is neccesary to refer to the early warning model,taking precautionary measure in the accordance with the characteristics ofdifferent levels of indicators as soon as possible.
